Herods Dead Sea – A Premium Collection by Fattal Hotels

I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool. The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋. The massages were super relaxing. Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

Hôtel proche de la mer morte mais loin de tout le reste, qui propose de nombreux service mais : - vieillot et nombreuses dégradations partout dans l’hôtel - nourriture du petit dej très bonne mais 15min de queue pour un café ou des œufs ? - room service inefficace (j’ai du parler à 4 personne différentes pour 2 plats simples et ils se sont quand même trompés sur la commande) Donc nous avons passé un bon moment car notre objectif était de se reposer 2 jours, mais mauvais rapport qualité / prix et prestations moyennes dans l’ensemble..

It was a blissful experience, the rooms were well maintained and clean ,staff were really friendly, helpful and polite.Spa was amazing and the food was so delicious!!! Thank you so much for the awesome experience and will sure be back in the coming years. Definitely will suggest to my friends and family.

My partner and I stayed at The Herods Hotel in the Dead Sea Ffor 10 days in February. I booked the hotel ( through *********** ) almost 3 months before our arrival. The room we were given this time was situated right over the pool. Loud music is played constantly between 9am and 5pm by the pool ( except on Shabbat ). Added to this a renovation of the pool area started on the Sunday after we arrived. This entailed drilling, grinding, hammering and dust and continued during the length of our stay. It was not pleasant being in our room (or by the pool). When I complained about this we were offered one free lunch or dinner. The response from the management was woeful. The hotel management must have known that the pool was due to be renovated and, as we had booked well in advance, had enough time to inform us of this so we could make a decision as to whether we wanted to continue with our booking. The hotel also had time to allocate a room at the other end of the hotel so the noise would have been somewhat less intrusive and the hotel should also have taken the length of time that we were due to stay ( 10 days ) into consideration when allocating the room. It is a 5 star spa hotel - loud music does not produce a feeling of calm and is not at all conducive to relaxation or healing - and why was the pool not closed when the work being done obviously posed a health and safety threat to visitors ? I wrote a 'proper' letter to Mr Fattall (recorded delivery) and did not even receive an acknowledgement, let alone a reply. Terrible customer service all round. Will not be returning !

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The air conditioner doesn’t work, we had two rooms and both are hot. The staff is lazy and rude. We had an executive room with access to a private pool and there will families with kids swimming until midnight making it super loud. We called for security three times and no one ever came they just said they would. The staff at the executive lounge is rude and nasty. Construction all over and started at the crack of dawn right above my room, blackout drapes didn’t close so woke as soon as the sun came up. We got here before our room was ready and they told us to take our luggage to the luggage room which was just an empty meeting room, none watching anything. Anyone can walk off with anyone’s stuff. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone, very dissatisfied and disappointed given the amount we paid.

First as we got to the hotel we were greeted with a huge smile by the receptionist, the check in process didn't take long and was quit fast. Not much to say about the rooms, but they are quite nice and clean, the view from the room is amazing as you can see take a good look at the deaf sea. More then that the dining room is pretty big enough even it's fully occupied. Me and my partner loved to sit by the windows cause you have a nice view of the sea, very relaxing especially at dinner, just a small detail that personally was a nice touch. How can I forget about the food and the service, the food is great with a big variety, anyone can find something tasty to enjoy and if not you can always ask for help and the food and beverage manager, she will aways be happy to help, I booked a vacation there at my partners birthday and I wanted to do something romantic and nice but did know at that time where can I now go and look for stores to buy stuff, so she helped me very much and my partner really loved the surprise. Although one of the days we had some issues with the air conditioner but the the technicians where able to fix it fast so it wasn't a problem
